I guarantee that dog is chipped, from its breeder.

That is someones young belgian Malinois.. Someone is looking for that dog, or dropped it now that its getting older, and into its Malagator stage, and permanent temperament is setting in. That dog is worth thousands of dollars, there is no inbetween.

A trap will need to be set for this dog, hire a thermal drone company or notify dog control so they can trap him!
