I’ve had her since Covid. My first animal that was solely mine. We’ve been thru a lot. She has been with me through 2 pregnancies and watched my eldest grow up. We were ready to start our new adventure with our new baby but lady is now missing. We miss her terribly and have not stopped crying.

If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes, in garages, under vehicles and hood or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters. If you are searching at night, use a flashlight as their eyes glow in the dark. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=388310901737884

Not sure if this will help, but you could try.. Please place its bedding 🛏 outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a contents of tuna can 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well...supervise food outdoors. Also vaccumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbors 🖼picture of the🐈 cat. 10 houses to the ⬅️ left 10 house🏡 to the right➡️ front ⬆️ and back⬇️ if they spot him to give you a call ☎️ immediately. Also, you can put up a Sign post 🪧with your 🐱📷 picture. In front of your 🏡lawn and to call you or contact you ASAP. Go early ⏰️ in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Would be wise for you to inspect their garages,Sheds, back yards 📣 Calling the 🐱 name.In case it is scared.. Also, you can install a camera / Baby monitor 📹 to monitor and see & hear if the cat is around your house 🏡. You can even ask your Local Pet 🐱 Animal Shelter to Rent out a Safe Trap and monitor it.. Post your ad on your phone 📲 app NEXTDOOR, & PAWBOOST too ! Praying for a soon safe return 🍀 of your kitty .🙏 ❤️🏡🐾 Also, Please consider putting a 🧭 📍Tracker on Once you have your 😺 .......

*Keep trying what's listed....All the best in your beautiful cat's return,~💜💜 **Cats that get outside, they tend to panic & hide, usually close to home. When it's dark out, go outside with a flashlight or headlamp & look under every bush, vehicles anything they might go to for safety around your home. Watch for their Eyes to light up with the beam of the flashlight. Let neighbors know, they sometimes will get locked in an open shed & Put posters up. Leave out some bedding/clothing of theirs & yours, but NOT the litter box. However some folks have set the litter box out with success - this is up to you. Going out with a bag of treats OR whatever your cat loves to eat... calling their name. IF at all possible to leave a window or door open, when it's quiet many have come back. Continue looking & calling. The cat is scared & hiding & may have been chased. REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT! ***IF you are traveling with your cat - USE A CRATE most cats are freaked at traveling in a vehicle, at the first chance they have they RUN, no matter how careful you think you are opening a door. For their safety = CRATE ****Consider building a CATIO if possible, fb/websites have many options. https://thefurbearers.com/.../catio-season-why-cat.../

LADY is beautiful. Now let’s find her. She will be very nervous and likely hiding not far from your home. When you’re out searching this evening take a flashlight with you. The light will shine off her eyes and makes it easier to locate her. Look under every veranda and bush and any tiny place she may be hiding. Ask your neighbours to search their garage and under their porch or perhaps they will allow you to. She may have also climbed up a tree, so look there as well. Take a bag of treats and shake them while calmly calling her name. Put up posters and contact shelters in your area every 3 days to see if she has been turned in. If you haven’t yet gotten her micro chipped, please do, so should this happen again she can be returned to you. GOOD LUCK ❤

Courtney Griffin Don’t give up. She may be stuck somewhere… in a garage, shed etc. My old cat went missing for a few days and I went out at 3am and heard distant meows and followed the sound and found him wedged in between 2 wooden fences. He had fallen through a gap between the fences and was stuck. Get out and search every night when it’s quieter. Good luck 💕

Check the Mississauga Animal Services website- found pets section, in case she’s found and turned in to their shelter. Put up posters all over the neighbourhood. Go out and walk the area at night while calling for her and shaking a bag of treats. They can hear you better at night and usually aren’t too far from home. Good luck!

Thank you every one. She does not need a scent to find her way home. She would go out every night and come back every morning without fail. I hate to admit defeat but the only reason she has not come home is because she can’t. She would not hide or stray too far ☹️ thank you for the advice, it is good for other cats unfortunately not for mine
