Message from Owner

Our beloved cat, Burger, went missing on Sunday evening. He normally goes out during the day and returns inside every night, but he missed his evening call and has not returned home. Burger goes outside every day, but he always comes home in the evening. On occasions he has stayed overnight, but always comes home for breakfast. Burger’s Personality: Very lovable, friendly, and loves anyone and everyone. He is a food-loving boy and is highly food-motivated. He will easily go with anyone who offers him food or treats. He is fixed (neutered). Because he is so friendly and food-driven, we are deeply concerned that he may have followed someone inside, or gotten unexpectedly trapped in a neighbor's garage, shed, or outbuilding while looking for snacks. Please check your garages, sheds, porches, and crawlspaces to make sure he isn't unexpectedly locked inside. Please check your backyard security, dashcam, or doorbell cameras from Sunday evening onward. If you have seen him, or if you think you might be unexpectedly feeding him, please reach out to us immediately .He is very important to us and is a deeply loved member of our family. Please if you have seen him, contact us right away.

Finding kitty tips Tips for missing cats Hopefully it will help along with the video. Put unwashed clothes with familiar scent of someone kitty is attached to so kitty can smell the scent. Put something of kitty’s as well. File a lost report with the shelters. Be sure to notify your mail person. They can be a great resource since they are out and about in the neighborhood. Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds maybe kitty is hiding there. Look for kitty outside when it’s more quiet. Take some snacks or dry food and shake it and call kitty naturally like you call at home to eat or play. Look under cars and bushes when you are looking for kitty. Post on Nextdoor, 559 lost and found pets and the Ring app if possible. If microchipped contact the company to let them know kitty is missing. Put flyers in your area not everyone is on social media. Remember cats don’t usually roam far from their territory so chances are kitty is hiding nearby waiting until kitty feels safe to come out! Here is a great video for finding lost cats. I hope you find Burger soon. ❤️🐾 https://m.facebook.com/watch/?extid=WA-UNK-UNK-UNK-IOS_GK0T-GK1C&v=204603164050824&paipv=0&eav=AfaLLkVb9_sGvLJXVZ9q7ApQxmiDI77GsjreeGuBH5FBLHTUjbhzqX8tmM4-6qV1694&wtsid=rdr_0KeH9pWT9wXWreNl7&ref=sharing&_rdr
