Appear to be sisters, terrier mix of some sort one is completely blonde, the other with black and brown mix

These pups have already been surrendered to the OK Humane Society Foster Program. They look like they were dumped and left alone for about 3 weeks. Neighbors stated they saw them at the local dog dumping bridge.. if you are looking to get them back please reach out to them. As they now technically belong to OK Humane Society! No chip was found, I can’t assume the owners did this but if you abandoned these poor dogs, shame on you!!
