Was he microchipped? We had a cat brought in to our rescue in W Newport Beach, who looked similar to your guy, but we scanned him, and he had no microchip.

Cats hear their name. I raised 50. They will come to their name and the smell of tuna. You need to drive around yelling Kuma. Most likely hiding in a neighbors yard or in someone’s house. Another cat, squirrels, chipmunks or birds are a possible distraction. Leave dry food out.
