I see the dog has been lost for over a month. To the owner: I hope that during this time you checked with the local shelters and filed missing dog reports with them. Someone could have picked him up, turned him into a shelter, and at this point he could be adopted out by now. For the Prince William shelter you can go to their Facebook page and scroll through the posts to see if Buddy appeared in any of the stray photos they publicize, if you have not done that already.

Im sorry to hear this. However, please note that service dogs don’t jump fences and run. These dog are highly trained and training starts even before they open their eyes. She probably meant emotional support dog and this is not the same.
