Message from Finder
So I’ve been seeing this cat around my hse for the last couple of weeks. He/She is clearly a hse cat and somewhat out of his/her element. They have goldish eyes and a bushy tail. The first few times I saw them they were very clean and neat. It is obvious that they are unhoused and getting scruffy. I’ve been feeding them and providing water. I know this has to be someone’s baby. This cat frequents the area of 4th & E.15th in Oakland. I’m trying to get some better pictures but I don’t want to scare them away. The cat will not run from me and I may be able to check the collar. I’m going slow to build trust. I absolutely LOVE CATS and I would love to help this cat find their way home. I have provided some outdoor shelter areas for some of the strays outside. Our yard is like an oasis for cats and they are relatively safe behind the gate! I will continue to update and post more pictures!
