He’s done this before but only for about a week so I wasn’t worried at first but then two weeks went by and started to panic I put a report into the rspca but I got no response and I’m not even sure he’s still out there because he had been getting in fights with another cat and kept getting scratched up and it’s been so long I just want my cat back

Do a night search calling his name with very smelly hot food 🥘 is what’s used in cat searches The owner needs to call , take any familiar sounds eg try singing 🎶 something fun . Cats run from stressed calling Is he a tree climber if so look up & identify the parks in your area . If a scaredy cat look under homes, car’s, down drains and do a block by block letter drop . Ask the neighbourhood to look in all garages and sheds and any tight space it could get caught People do see cats but ignore them Contact ACT Street Cat alliance the pound and the rspca

I hope you find him soon Also post to Canberra Lost Pet Database & Pets Canberra ACT - Lost and Found Pets in Canberra if you haven't already. They don't usually go very far, so check neighbours garages and nearby drains. Some of these tips might help too
