Message from Owner

My kitty is missing and I just want her home. I’ve had her since she was 1 and she is truly the sweetest cat in the world. She’s so attached to me, cuddles with me every night, and follows me everywhere. She normally only goes outside on the porch with me and is always supervised, so this is completely out of character for her. She slipped out while another family member was home and I was at work, and I’ve been looking for her nonstop since. I go on morning and nightly walks looking for her. I have her litter box and blanket outside, along with food and water, and I even got a heated cat hse set up in case she comes back. I’m just really hoping someone sees her and can help me get her home. I miss her so much and just want my baby back. If anyone sees her or knows anything at all, please reach out. Thank you so much.

You might try a live trap, they are fairly cheap on amazon, my Jane wanted to come back but was too overwhelmed and scared, she had made a home under a backyard shed across the street and wouldnt let anyone near her. I saw she kept coming around the doors at night and if i didnt have other pets, i would have left the door cracked and that may have solved it. Eventually she was found eating hamburger in the trap on my front porch and all was right again. It took about 3 weeks for her to show up and i did have to release squirrels and possums along the way which were easy. Tuna in oil also makes a lot of scent. Make sure there's water too. If its cold out, wrap the trap in a blanket and make sure to check it often, check it often no matter what the weather is. In fact, best to keep a camera on it. I believe in Jane's case, the live trap was her only chance. Best of luck and a swift resolve for you I hopeYou might try a live trap, they are fairly cheap on amazon, my Jane wanted to come back but was too overwhelmed and scared, she had made a home under a backyard shed across the street and wouldnt let anyone near her.
