Angela Day- thank you so much for caring. All the family have done everything. The possibility is that she was missing for 4 days, whilst Sam and family were on holiday. She returned when they came back but, then disappeared again. She is a lovely moggy who really never goes further than the garden or the family. Think she was missing the family and was looking for them. Think another home has taken her in but, have not released her this time to come back home

You may have done some of this already, but if not, it might be worth putting some leaflets with a photo through the doors of houses/flats in nearby roads to home. Many people don’t walk around their local area and some don’t go out a great deal so they might not realise a visiting cat in their garden is a missing one. Plus, posters at the railway stations, bus stops, and newsagents. A poster at the station worked for me. Mine was found after 10 days, so don’t give up hope. Also if you have any used cat litter, (or bedding), spread bits of it around your borders outside, (not the tray). Cats can pick up their scent from some distance. I hope your cat is back home with you soon.🙏🤞🐾

Go outside and knock on everybody’s door in the road and nearby, ask them to check sheds in case she’s shut inside, post leaflets and put up posters, go out late evening after dark and walk around calling her and rattling treats, cats come out after dark and will recognise your voice
