Description
This dog had a chain link tied around his neck and then tied to our fence with it. He is a senior dog that had no collar or chip. He is not neutered and his nails are so long that they twist around each other. He does have skin issues and is extremely thin. He is at the Humane Society of Northwest Indiana and our number is .
