She has been scanned and does have a chip, but the registered owner is not returning calls. Her name was Minnesota, but I'm calling her Minnie. I have brought her indoors and am looking for a new, good home for her.

Franklin Sanderson - It has what looks like a white collar, like a flea collar, but it's actually her fur. She's very pretty and is not ready to let me touch her yet. I don't have Ring but it's posted on ND, Pawboost and the MoCo sites.
