Message from Owner
North Star rescued promised to help me take care of my puppy while fixing housing situation. shelter changed phone number and didn’t update me at all and ghosted me. After a friend went to their rescue because we found it on Facebook after people posting things against the shelter, we find by the owner He was adopted without my consent by a “foster” working in a rescue in North Mississippi. If you have him please contact me. My name is Giselle his owner.
