Won't let me come near her but she is vocal. Looks scared and lost. Definitely not an outdoor cat

Darlene Trepiccione Richardson The cat was seen in my yard. There are definitely a bunch of outdoor cats in this area, but there's no way this cat is an outdoor cat. It's body language. Looked like it's terrified and it was very vocal. I could not get near her or him. Was able to snap a picture from a distance.
