Message from Finder

Unsure where the dogs were on I-79. Someone traveling from Kentucky to kittanning pa picked them up n the interstate. They then took off on a job site in kittanning. I now have them and trying to find the owners.

Samantha Pepple You Did a great job isn't that sad😓 dumping dogs near a highway where they can easily be killed. I helped rehome a dog this past winter that somebody dumped and I could not figure out any reason why they would have dumped this dog? It was freezing cold during the holiday season
