This poor kitty was crying its eyes out all morning. I gave it food and water. It ate everything. Another neighbor was also keeping an eye on it and drying it off from the rain. Poor thing. Definitely seems like an indoor cat.

This is Louis. He’s a neighborhood indoor/outdoor cat. He is well-homed, well-fed, and well cared for. He’s lean but not hungry. He’s unusually vocal, but only because he’s chatty, not because he’s in distress. He goes on walks and visits the neighbors, but he eventually goes home. His stylish collar is brand new and is not too tight. Unless you find him injured or many miles from the Mt Vernon neighborhood, please scratch his ears, discuss the weather, be one of his many friends…and let him continue his stroll (please do not feed him, or it’ll spoil his dinner…and him.)

Someone already brought him home earlier today. I'm not sure if he is out again, but you can contact Sharon through messenger. He is very sweet amd does cry a lot when he is outside. I believe he is supposed to be an inside cat.
