Alert chip co. Confirm chip is registered with updated info. Follow up on stray intakes. Leave her/ his bedding + owner's dirty laundry outside. This gives him/ her a scent trail. Walk searching also will leave out a scent trail. Let fursibling ( if has one) sniff lost one's bedding & leash walk to see if they can pick up lost one's scent trail.
