Found this German Shepherd running back and forth on the street by Oakland Lake Park scared. He is a sweet dog. He’s microchipped, it says his name is Chopper and that he’s nine months old. The associated cell phone number appears out of service or cut. Please contact me if this is your pet, I will be taking him to the shelter tomorrow.
