Message from Owner

Please help us bring Panther home, we are so very worried about him, he has never been away from home so long. Let me know if you have seen him anywhere, and kindly check sheds and garages. Thank you.

I CANNOT EXPRESS JUST HOW IMPORTANT POSTERS AND LEAFLETS ARE. Our own cat was reunited with us after 18 DAYS because of a poster seen by a neighbour who was not on the internet. Please do not rely on social media alone. 🐾 Put up lots of posters and deliver leaflets locally. 🐾 Make posters in colour if possible and laminate them to protect them from the weather. 🐾 Before laminating, cut the corners off the paper slightly. This allows you to punch holes through the laminated corners without breaking the waterproof seal around the paper and letting water in. 🐾 Alternatively, use plastic wallets upside down, with the opening at the bottom so rain cannot easily get inside. 🐾 As time passes, put up more and more posters and go further and further afield. Cats can travel surprisingly long distances, become displaced or simply lose their bearings. 🐾 Replace older posters regularly. Put the current date prominently on the new ones and write “STILL MISSING”. Otherwise, people who have seen an older poster may assume your cat has since been found. Please keep going with the posters and leaflets. The person who eventually sees your cat may never see a Facebook post — but they may walk past your poster every day.

Hang items of your unwashed clothing outside your home so he can pick up your scent Repeat every 2days. If possible leave a door or window ajar for access Call late at night and early mornings shaking the treats.Go out in your garden between 2am and 4am call listen and wait.Put posters up especially on your outdoor bin and in car window.Leaflet drop in your area and physically ask and go with neighbours to check their sheds and garages.Phone local vets.Good luck
