Message from Finder
This poor cat was crying I feed feral cats over in that location and I heard her crying. I thought it was a kitten so I followed her cries and her back legs were stuck in the fence and she was completely stuck helpless I was able to get her legs out, she is OK. She has not hurt and I have her in my possession at my home. If she is not claimed, she will go to the rescue that I work with and get adopted.
