Mac Robbins could this possible be your dog and someone have been released in a different location because it wanted to get away from them .there is a dog that is being chased by colonial heights animal control just past there just before chesterfield that match’s your dogs description almost exactly. But this dog has a collar that lights at night and is terrified and is able to jump fences. I’m sorry if that doesn’t sound like your baby but I thought it was worth mentioning
