This female blue with white on her chest and and 4 cute paws that are light yellow. She was sooo nice and let me leash her till animal control came and got her. The APL thought she was around one year , but she doesn't look like she had a litter of puppies. So my guess is she was someone dog who got spayed and let out. I am pretty sure that the APL is doing a low cost.Low spays in cleveland or cuyahoga county. Please contact project care with the APL! (216) 255-5022
