Susan Elizabeth Andrews why not? CAS does an excellent job finding pets' families and educating them on how to prevent them getting loose. They also work with rescues in the area and carefully vet potential adopters. By law, they're the responsible entity for the care and custody of stray and surrendered animals and they're very good at doing that.
