Description
Black cat with a green collar visited a feral colony that we are looking after. It was very skittish ans hungry. It has a green collar, but wouldn't allow me to get close enough to check for a tag or microchip.

Someone must be missing this kitty. Hoping we can reunite them with their owner. They seem to have an eye infection, possibly upper respiratory infection.
