We have done every suggestion. I have searched day and night. I just want my baby back home in my arms where she belongs. My heart won't let me let her go. She has a neurological disorder that causes her to stumble around a lot, a side effect from a sickness she developed about 2 years ago that almost took her life. Please help me find her and bring her home. Thank you.
