I think it's a female. Has a bobtail. Sometimes wears a collar. The cat isn't taken care of very well she's always very very thin her bones are sticking out and she runs around with another cat who seems a little feral who also wears a collar and that cat is also very thin. I keep food out and they can't wait to eat so they're obviously not eating well. If they are not wanted and are not taking care of properly I do know somebody that will take them
