🚨 MISSING CAT – PLEASE SHARE 🚨 Our beloved 10-year-old cat, Billy, went missing this morning (September 29th) around 8:00am near Hillsdale Ave & Lascelles Blvd. Billy is an indoor cat and is not used to being outside, so we are extremely worried. He may be frightened and hiding very close to home. BILLY’S DESCRIPTION: • Male, 10 years old • Blue eyes • Black nose • White chest, belly and legs • Dark brown colouring on his face, ears, back and tail • Distinctive dark markings around his nose and face 📍 Last seen: Hillsdale Ave & Lascelles Blvd ⏰ Missing since: September 29th at approximately 8:00am If you live nearby, PLEASE check your property carefully — under decks and porches, inside sheds and garages, under cars, behind bushes and anywhere a frightened cat could be hiding. Please also check your doorbell and security camera footage from this morning if you have it. ⚠️ If you see Billy, please do not chase him. If possible, take a photo, keep an eye on where he goes, and message me immediately with the exact location. Even if you only think you saw a cat matching Billy’s description, please reach out. Any sighting could help us find him. Please share, especially with anyone who lives in the Yonge & Eglinton / Chaplin ests area. We just want to bring Billy home. ❤️

Not sure if this will help, but you could try.. Please place its bedding 🛏 outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a contents of tuna can 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well...supervise food outdoors. Also vaccumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbors 🖼picture of the🐈 cat. 10 houses to the ⬅️ left 10 house🏡 to the right➡️ front ⬆️ and back⬇️ if they spot him to give you a call ☎️ immediately. Also, you can put up a Sign post 🪧with your 🐱📷 picture. In front of your 🏡lawn and to call you or contact you ASAP. Go early ⏰️ in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage ,under vechcals .Just in case it's trapped.. Would be wise for you to inspect their garages, Sheds, back yards 📣 Calling the 🐱 name. In case it is scared.. Also, you can install a camera / Baby monitor 📹 to monitor and see & hear if the cat is around your house 🏡. You can even ask your Local Pet 🐱 Animal Shelter to Rent out a Safe Trap and monitor it.. Post your ad on your phone 📲 app NEXTDOOR, & PAWBOOST too ! Praying for a soon safe return 🍀 of your kitty .🙏 ❤️🏡🐾 Also, Please consider putting a 🧭 📍Tracker on Once you have your 😺 .......

Shared. If you have not yet done ALL these things, do them now. If you have, do them again and go further in your search. Notify Toronto Animal Services and check their website for found cats. Carefully check around your home and property, focusing on small, hidden spots like closets, dresser drawers and hidden nooks and crannies in garages, sheds, basement etc. IF he's an intact male he may have chased an unspayed females in heat and have trouble finding his way back home. Search all nearby shrubs, bushes and trees, window wells, garages and sheds. Ask nearby neighbours to do the same. Alert local vet offices, rescues and shelters. Alert local feral cat feeders who may spot him searching for food. Leave his used litter and some food and water near the door he left NOW and check in the morning. See Pawboost for more ways to find and sample posters. Put a notice in nearby neighbours mailboxes, post on local notices boards, in community centres, churches and schools. Go out after dark bring food and treats, search a 5+ block radius, stop periodically and softly call but do not make any loud noises or sudden moves. Lost cats are terrified and do not recognize their owner as safe.
