I did not just dump him without a 2nd thought. I placed him in his secured backpack that I carry him in and he loves along with all his blankets, food. Water, vet info, and care instructions. I prayed that someone who is loving and in a position to care for him would rescue him and it sounds like someone did. I tried to find a no shelter or pet rescue to place him with but was unsuccessful. You can't just turn over your pet even though I was desperate. Im not saying what I did was what a loving pet owner should have done but this has been weighing heavily on me since it began last March. And RooRoo is relentless. He starts barking at 530am and doesn't stop until I arrive back home at 730pm. I never wanted to give him up. What I wish is that I could find someone to care for him during the hours that Im at work but I haven't been so fortunate

Reanna Sheehan who admits and writes this ? You're telling me that you abandoned your dog and someone found her but also lost her, and you both are on this post.

Ally Acosta how are you gonna say he's chipped when the post says no? You need to prove ownership thru photos or something dude

Hello Ally, I am Reggies owner and yes I did leave him near Turcs and it was the hardest thing Ive ever had to do. I know it was awful but Ive done everything in my power to keep him but he suffers from severe separation anxiety and he doesn't stop barking when I am at work. My landlord has been very understanding but he was going to evict me if I didn't do something. My heart is absolutely broken over this. I didn't want to get rid of him but I was pushed up against a wall and didn't know what else I could do for him. Ive tried anxiety , ive left music on TV on. I left him with friends dogs. Ive even brought him to my job In hopes that they would let me keep him with me but of course the didn't. Ive had Reggie since covid and he was with me everyday 24-7 until I was forced to change jobs and now he can't go with me. I dont make enuf money to afford daycare and even if I hired someone to walk him during the day he would still bark.
