Hey, I'm messaging to try to get someone to come get a dog in my parking lot, who I initially thought had an owner in this complex. I'm at 5664 San Mateo Cove Memphis TN 38115. I believe he belongs to my neighbor because I first saw him in their back patio when he used to howl all hours of the night. This was months ago. He used to be more aggressive when I first saw him, on the patio. Now, he is wondering on the front sidewalks, he was in the main road of Clarke and Mt Moriah the other day. ALMOST got run over by several cars, now it seems like someone has hurt him, on one of his legs, and he's limping now. I'm still afraid to get close to him. It's been a few days of him hanging out outside not going to his hse or back patio. I heard a loud howl yesterday and I think that's when his leg was messed up by someone. I've never seen them outside. They must work nights I have no idea. I just think someone should come save this baby before he dies out here because it's obvious now no one is letting him in the hse anymore and they're not calling for him anymore or anything and idk what else to do.
