This looks just like a post that I just saw for a Found cat that was sitting in the center of the road that someone picked up. I’m going to try and find the post. It had a blue collar just like this so what are the chances it’s the same one I’m hoping and praying.

My son's cat came back after 6 weeks he was wet dirty and very skinny have no idea where he was but he finally worked his way back my son had put some clothing out and his bed and he put signs up everywhere somebody said they did see him but eventually he came back but 6 weeks later
