I hate dog owners more than most people in the world that are irresponsible that dog shouldn't have been out running at large this would not have happened and I guarantee they will probably not claim their dog cuz then they'd have to pay the vet bill and take the citation I hope this dog is a chip and I hope Animal Control finds the owners

Looks like sun brown and grays or tans browns. Pooor baby. I see white in neck and white booties on front I pray the baby survives god bless you I’ll share this to all the lost pages
