Tippy is an indoor only cat who got out the night of the 14th (Sat.) He has a flea collar and a purple polka dot collar with jingle bells and a best friends charm on it.His tail is all black with a white tip. He was friendly and curious, but by now I would think he's scared. He may or may not come if you call his name..he's a lanky guy, neutered.
