Message from Finder
Franklin County Animal Services confirmed that he is not microchipped. He was found wandering Bob Richards Rd, Robbins Rd, and the Preserve at Norris Creek neighborhood. Please note, this is not his original collar. His original collar was leather with a broken chain. We replaced his collar so we could put a tag on him in case he got loose again.
