Message from Owner
Services animal for non verbal Autistic ⚠️ CRITICAL UPDATE ON MISSING SERVICE DOG KADEN ⚠️ Please help us share this so people in the Tecumseh/Pottawatomie County area understand how to safely handle her if spotted: Kaden is a trained autism service dog for a nonverbal individual, which is why her poster photo shows her sitting calmly with a tiny quail—she is an incredibly gentle soul who will not harm anyone. Because her handler does not communicate verbally, Kaden is trained to use a small growl as an auditory medical alert to signify that her handler is unavailable or overwhelmed. THIS GROWL IS NOT AGGRESSION. It is a trained boundary alert. She is currently terrified and lost in the elements. If you see her, she will likely be hiding in a quiet spot away from the main roads. Please do not chase, corner, or scream at her, as this will cause her to panic. If she growls, she is telling you she is scared and guarding her space. Please step back, keep a safe distance, and immediately comment here or report the location so we can bring her home safely.
