Message from Finder

I have gone through the proper steps of calling the county and filing a report. The dog is currently at the vet and is not chipped. After the hold period the dog has a forever home. Thank you for the advice and offers to help.

Rather than just taking his picture was he taken to safety? A vet needs to see him and food and water. How awful such a little thing is left to be on its own? Drop off?? Not likely ran away. Update???
