Message from Finder

I have gone through the proper steps of calling the county and filing a report. The dog is currently at the vet and is not chipped. After the hold period the dog has a forever home. Thank you for the advice and offers to help.

Lord, I Pray someone took this poor dog to the Vet, those Mats pulling on his skin are very painful and his skin is probably way beyond irritated, maybe infected areas and out in this blistering heat too. 😢🙏🙏
