Jill Scott She never said that. Her cat got out. You are not being helpful.

If she is an indoor cat and has gotten out, follow these suggestions: you can go out during the day looking, but you may not have a lot of luck. The best times to look are very early in the morning or very late at night. Take a flashlight and some treats and walk down your street and the streets on either side of you. Look under trees, bushes, cars, etc. If she just got out, she could be as close as your own yard or your neighbor's. If it's been a while, she could be up to 3 blocks away. You will have to be diligent and do this repeatedly. It's also suggested to put something out on your porch such as a dirty blanket, or some dirty clothes that have a heavy smell of you and your house. Do not put out the litter box! It will attract predators. Cats bury their waste for a reason. Crack your garage door if you have one. Set up a humane trap. You can get one at tractor supply. Youtube has a lot of videos on how to set them up. Check the every 2 - 3 hours. If it attracts your cat, it will also attract other animals. Don't give up. Post flyers.
