Message from Owner

My cat has been missing for over 48 hrs now. He has a routine and im afraid someone has disrupted that because he never came back . He loves to explore and never goes more than a 3 hse radius from ours. He was hit by a car when he was 7mos old so i have put a lot of money into him. If you have seen him or know if someone picked him up, PLEASE contact me.

So sorry!!!! Check under porches, decks, bushes, cars. Check window wells & storm drains. At night use a flashlight-eyes will reflect the light. They typically don't go far, search same areas multiple times. Put out a familiar scented clothing or blanket of theirs & yours🤍Scent can help them find home Alert your neighbors, vet clinics, shelters & mail person. Put up signs & post on Nextdoor app too! Check shelter daily🩶

The best way and #1 way to catch an indoor cat that accidentally got out is by setting cat traps around your house ASAP! I would borrow 3 to 4 cat traps ASAP and ANYTIME you are home to set and monitor them! I would even go the extra step to get a cheap motion sensored outdoor camera or two mounted viewing your front porch/yard area and the back. You can borrow traps from The Dallas Cat Lady rescue (they have contact info on their website & facebook page). The Carrollton shelter lends out traps 1 or 2, I think for a deposit but you get your deposit back when you return them. My go-to bait for the traps are sardines in the juices of it and also can of tuna in the tuna juices. They are stinky and cats can smell that a long way away. Also talk to your neighbors on your street, the street in front of you and street behind you, leave them with a LOST flyer with your cat's name, pic and your ph# on it. The more people keeping an eye out the better! Please get some traps asap ♡ Hoping & praying your furbaby comes home soon ♡ .
