Melanie Hoffman Just wanted to share these tips in case any are new or you can keep doing them: Post flyers and hand out flyers all over the area! Include picture(s), description, your contact info, and tell people not to chase or approach your dog (they are in flight or fight mode). If he/she is microchipped, please report them lost with the microchip company and make sure it’s registered with your current/correct info. Some key points were: - Don’t approach or chase - your dog is not the same dog when it’s lost; it’s in fight or flight mode - Don’t look all over town/the area, this just spreads your scent all over the place - Stay where the dog got out (in his case, Lee waited in his car all night where the dog went missing and the dog came back after several hours) - Put up and hand out flyers (and tell people not to chase or engage the dog) - If your dog is microchipped, report them lost with the microchip company (and make sure your contact info is up to date!) Also report them lost with animal control, veterinarians, rescues, and shelters in the area. UPDATE! Aurora's still lost. Just finished with the tracker, we didn't find her but we do have a much better idea where she's been. She was mostly in the front area of the park and to the right, including the forest area on yellow house property (209). They also tracked her on Seneca Rd and a little in the neighborhood next to the park and their community center. The tracker thinks she could be circling or she's been picked up. She is chipped and had her info on her collar. Please be on the lookout in your neighborhoods. Maybe someone thought she was abandoned in the park or her collar came off somehow. She was not abandoned, her family misses her tremendously and are completely heart broken that she's missing.

Melanie Hoffman I 've been talking with Bring Ace Home - A Lesson In Faith and they are hoping Joshua gets back to you soon (me too). It's possible he may be out of town. They suggested putting out clothing and a trail camera. I am praying your dog is safe and home soon. I have a senior papillon as well.
