FI when you assume somebody took your dog that's accusing people and you're not gonna get any help that way.Best to edit your post put MISSING in North Highlands or Antelope, put nearest cross streets and best #'s to get ahold of somebody to go to potential spottings day or night you do know it's critical right. You should be putting on Nextdoor App and Neighbor'sring App every single day so nobody forgets with the same info. Have you called microchip company to DOUBLE CHECK Not only you register the microchip never ever assume that's why many of them are at the shelters and vets and shelters cannot get a hold of you if you didn't do and if you have changed numbers and did not tell them... Never ever assume it was done and be sure they have your numbers, email and address entered correctly. Please respond have you done this??

Paty Esquivel this is the most ignorant comment ever. Dashunds aren't supposed to be "chubby" that is horrible for their health. If you don't have info for the owner just mind your own buisness. Female dogs tend to lose weight after being fixed. She could have health issues or who knows so just mind your buisness. Obviously the owner cares to be looking for her , chipping her, fixing her.

Notify the chip company ASAP and confirm your contact info is current. File online lost reports with shelters. Post on Nextdoor and post flyers. Check Craigslist lost/found and pets for sale ads. Keep checking shelters online and in person.

I hope she found someone who loves and cares for her. I have a dachshund and she’s nice and chubby, but this poor thing is so thin—she clearly wasn't being fed; she’s skin and bones, and you can see her ribs. It’s such a shame—why do people have dogs if they don't take care of them? It costs nothing to feed them. Such heartless, neglectful people. It’s awful that you even posted a photo showing her in that condition; you really have no shame.
