Message from Owner

💔 PLEASE HELP US BRING OUR BOY HOME 💔 Our sweet boy has been missing since October 8th, and we are absolutely heartbroken. We are desperately hoping someone has seen him or has him safe. He is a gray and white cat with beautiful green/yellow eyes. He is extremely friendly, cuddly, and affectionate. He can be a little skittish when he’s scared, but he will usually come to you when called. He is so loved and is a huge part of our family. We just want to know that he is safe and bring him home where he belongs. ❤️ If you see him, please don’t assume someone else has already reported it. Even a possible sighting could help us find him. Please check around your yards, garages, sheds, porches, bushes, and other quiet hiding places nearby. 🙏 Please share this post, especially with anyone in the area. We are hoping this reaches the right person and helps our baby find his way home. MISSING SINCE: October 8th : Male COLOR: Gray & white EYES: Green/yellow PERSONALITY: Extremely friendly, cuddly, can be skittish, usually comes when called Please help us bring our boy home. We miss him so much. 🐾💔

There are 2 cats I see on my porch that look similar. Not sure if this is him or not. One has a collar, the other doesn't.

Have neighbors check garages and sheds. Have a tree out back? Check that too. Leave your garage door up a little so they can return home to a familiar place. Place a box outside with blankets or even the clothes you wore today so a cat can pick up the scent and make it home. If you are new to this area, have friends keep an eye out at your former home. And please: CHECK THE LOCAL SHELTERS DAILY I hope your kitty makes it back home safe very soon. Please make sure to get your cat chipped once they return, and PLEASE keep them indoors! PLEASE NEVER LOSE HOPE! LOOK UP! Cats are great climbers and looking for them on the ground only is limiting your search. Male wanderers tend to stay within a territory of about 150 acres, while females stay closer to home, roaming only about 40 acres. This means that your average male cat is likely to stay within 1500 feet of home, while your average female tends not to go much farther than 75 yards from your door. Be careful of the lost pet finders. Most of them are playing on your emotions and wanting cash up front.! https://www.pawboost.com/?utm_source=facebook&utm_campaign=report_pet_alert_link_lost Sacramento SPCA | (916) 383-7387 Front Street Shelter | 311 or (916) 808-7387 Bradshaw Animal Shelter | 311 or (916) 368-7387 Elk Grove Animal Services | (916) 691-2489 or (916) 714-5115 Not from the Sacramento area? If you go to the Fieldhaven Feline website, there are tips for getting a cat to return home. Hope he is home soon.
