Attend in person, they did this to me, i acually attended and my dog was micro chipped at lost logs home. I first went there, i walked around to the cages they took me to, i couldnt see find my dog but i heared a bark in a different section that sounded like him. And they stated its not him in there, thats quarinteen dogs, So i left. 45 mins later my brother went with out knowing i just visited. Same thing was shown all the dogs, and cant find ours. But he heared the barking of our dog. Same thing i did. they stated that quareteen section. My brother didnt listen and he just walked through the door, coz he knew our dogs bark. And yes it was our dog the poorthing in this cage. He had been there for two days. They never scanned him nor, why was he in quatenteen. We were so angy. They coulnt answer our concerns, They wouldnt give him to us unless we paid the two day $700 fee + he had not been wearing his collar. I explained his microchipped and his a english staffy, they can choke on there collars there neck to thick, amd a very jumpy breed, i dont put one on him. Any way, i paid it obvioursly. But it shows you they are dodgy as.
