Message from Finder
Small, ~10 pounds. White with black spots. Approx 7-8 years old. Found running along the 10 under the Arlington Ave Bridge/Exit on 10/17 around 6:30pm. Very sweet and loving. Looks like he was on the streets for a while, but probably had an owner beforehand, but no microchip. Seems to be housebroken. Was also spotted with a dark brown Chihuahua at the time but unfortunately a group of us were unable to catch the other one. Hopefully someone recognizes him as a lost dog, but we are fostering and getting him back up to health as we are unable to keep him.
