What is that around the poor baby's neck? Is that possibly something where she has been to the vet. Please try to get it in a safe place. It may have slipped out of someone's carrier or slipped out the door at home

Jaime Kimrey not necessarily surgery, could of been an injury they were licking that needed to heal, but id say its most likely some surgery unless they see an injury on her with stitches maybe or on it possible the cone is used for many things in the medical aspect for animals. I just hope kitties owners are found soon.

Mine doesn't have that, but mine are not airtag name brand but off brand android tags and they just have a holder with nothing on it,and yes mine slipped off my cat the 1st day she had it, luckily shes indoor only it was just for if needed because we were on vacation but yea it came off in the hotel room first night.
