🏡 🐈 If you are a Bengal cat lover and have lost or found a Bengal (or part Bengal or Savannah or tabby cat that may be mistaken for one) anywhere in Canada, please click our “Lost & Found” topic at the top of the homepage to review the listings. Welcome to post your own notice. Bulletins are submitted frequently. Help reunite these kitties with their guardians. Or please consider opening your heart and apply to adopt a less fortunate Bengal in need of a new permanent home. 🇨🇦 BENGAL CATS CANADA: BEST PRACTICES - EDUCATION https://www.facebook.com/groups/179981154098339/?ref=share_group_link

CINNAMON looks as though she is allowed outside. PLEASE if you do get her back KEEP HER INSIDE. There are so many issue a cat can run into while being outside. There are cars and truck especially in your area, coyotes, FIV, territorial fights, poisons and more. Hopefully someone has rescued her thinking she was a feral and has given her a safe home. Wishing you the best of luck getting her back but please keep her inside.

Shared Note that TWO days is a long time to a cat, this is MUCH longer. If you have not yet done ALL these things, do them now. If you have, do them again and go further in your search. Notify Toronto Animal Services and check their website for found cats. Search all nearby shrubs, bushes and trees, window wells, garages and sheds. Ask nearby neighbours to do the same. Alert local vet offices, rescues and shelters. Alert local feral cat feeders who may spot him/her searching for food. See Pawboost for more ways to find and sample posters. Put a notice in nearby neighbours mailboxes, post on local notices boards, in community centres, churches and schools. Go out after dark bring food and treats, search a 5-10 block radius, stop periodically and softly call but do not make any loud noises or sudden moves. Lost cats are terrified and do not recognize their owner as safe.
