Medium sized black skinny dog with white spots, Medium sized skinny husky

These dogs definitely had an owner. Not deathly skinny but kinda thin, maybe been outside for 3 days. Gave them food and water and they spiked back up and explored more. No collar. Super sweet, came right up to me and asked for pets. Husky would howl back at me when I did it like a trick, and black dog pushed himself into me for pets.
