Message from Owner

It would be greatly appreciated if you could keep your eyes and ears open! She is sadly still missing. It's been 4 months and we miss her dearly. She has a sister with whom they have never been apart since birth, and she is not taking it well. Last seen in the early morning running into the neighbor's backyard on Trite Bend Street.

Paula Valentino. Sadly, she's been missing since mid-December. When it happened, I had put out her used kitty litter container, bedding, food, treats, and clothing. I left them outside until rain had basically taken over the scent from everything and replenished them a few times over. I was taking nightly walks to try to find her while shaking treats, plus daytime walks while I called out for her. I also put out a camera outside to catch her on that, too, but she was never spotted. I have posted her missing information in the neighborhood groups, missing animal groups, Nextdoor app, and Neighbors app. I've been checking lost and found pet sites daily since her disappearance. I still go outside often at different times of the day to hope I catch a glimpse of her, including taking out her sister on a leash, to hope that it will attract her. Regardless of this, not a single person has seemed to spot her.. I truly appreciate the advice, but it may be a little too late to repeat the actions again

The only way a lost cat can find its way home is with its nose. Immediately put out the dirty litter box. The dirtier the better. Put the litter box out along with anything that stinks of you like your smelly socks something that you sweated in overnight your stinky sneakers. Get everything outside immediately. Cats usually stay within a five house radius of their own home for up to a week sleeping in the bushes and coming out at dusk Dawn and late at night. These are good times to take walks shaking the treat bag and calling for them. Cats can smell up to a whole mile away. So do that immediately and also put this on nextdoor. com and the other lost and found pet sites. Go on those sites looking at pics of found cats too. There might be a match. They tend to come home late at night or early in the morning so if you can keep a window cracked or a door cracked so at least you hear them. Good luck

Myra Vance, Thank you! I hope she wasn't accidentally adopted out by someone, but if I can't find her, that is the next best solution! Enjoy your new kitty!

Lanielle Paige Speers she looks almost identical to the kitty we just adopted from a lady in Tampa. Not same kitty though. Our kitty has a black moustache and a tan/orange rear paw. Hope you find her. Good luck.
