***POST NEXTDOOR, RING NEIGHBORHOOD, PET FBI, PETCO LOVE LOST, PAWBOOST, PAW GUIDE APP Check ✔️ Humane Society, Animal Shelters In-Person DAILY. Some Keep Pets 5 Days then put up for Adoption. Boots on the ground - Walk ur neighborhood 2X DAILY, DAY & NIGHT, CHECK BUSHES 1st!!! Check window wells, under decks, sheds, garages, behind AC units, dumpsters, under staircases, under BBQ covers, behind firewood. Indoor Cats don't go far, usually close by. Others hide during the day and roam @ night when it's quiet. Shake bag of cat food or treats, walking, calling by name, saying are u hungry, Bring a flashlight, search day & night. Knock on neighbor's doors. Post Flyer's on neighbor's doors

Put out something that she's familiar with that carries her scent (a bed, a blanket but NOT a litterbox). CALL FOR HER IN THE QUIET, STILL HOURS (11pm-7am). THIS IS SO IMPORTANT (5am seems to be the luckiest hour)!!!!!!! Scared cats move around while the rest of the world is still. Put out food in intervals (not at night) when you can keep an eye out. Talk to your neighbors, generally, they don't go far and find an open garage or shed to huddle down. If these suggestions don’t work: lost pet cats may not respond the way you’d expect your beloved kitty to and they may not just come to your calling so be prepared to have to use a humane trap (she will return to herself once she’s back inside) and put signs in your local pet store (if someone takes her in they will need litter and food). I hope you find her 🍀

This is the worst feeling — sending so much hope your way. 💛 One thing that helped us: expand the flyer radius 3 miles by tonight, and text the microchip company to flag ‘missing.’ They’ll alert vets/shelters instantly.” also get Spiro FAA page contacted to help

If you have a garage door, leave it open a little bit. Look for her in the evening with a flashlight to catch the reflection of her eyes. Post on Nextdoor app also. They generally do not go far so there is a good chance that she is close by.
