Stewie is a microchipped/fixed male cat, he is 8 years old. Stewie is an indoor cat that refuses to accept that, he sneaks out and is known to the neighborhood as very friendly and is the mascot . Stewie slipped out around the 11th of Aug and has not been home since, my community has also been on watch for him. I was told he was taken in by a family which I have spoken with and they said a lady went claiming he was there and they handed him over to her. This was on approx the 14th we are at loss of what to do.. so we will keep searching and watching for him till he comes home

.Please place its bedding 🛏 outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a contents of tuna 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well...supervise food outdoors. Also vacuumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbors 🖼picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call☎️ immediately. Go early in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Also, you can install a camera 📹to monitor and see if the cat is around your house . You can even ask your local animal shelter to rent out safe trap and monitor it.. Perhaps if he has been taken in by a stranger he will make his escape again & will attempt tomorrow get home. Cats have been known to get home months after being lost. Sounds like he likes to go on walkabout. Put a some of your used clothing & some of his bedding outside so he can smell it. Good luck. I hope he gets home soon.🙏🙏🐾🐾🐈💞💞

Nancy Oastler he is microchipped and registered 🙏🏼 I also check daily and made a report on OHS. We are also still walking around calling and looking for him, and have a dish out for him also 😭

Is Stewie microchipped, if so contact the chip company to list as missing and to ensure your contact info is up-to-date, ensure you file a lost report with the OHS and check their lost/found site daily and call them every 2-3 days. Put posters up in neighbourhood to say you believe someone has taken him in, if anyone knows who may have re-homed him thinking he was a stray to contact you.
