This is my dads cat, my dad lives by himsrlf with Scotch and is his best friend and he got out and has not returned. Our hearts are broken and my dad doesn't know what he will do without him. He is afraid someone may have picked him up. Scotch has a purple collar with a pink heart tag. Please help bring Scotch .
